A level results – a guide to your next steps
A huge well done on your A Level results – we know this year has been really tricky in so many ways.
Thinking about the future can be really overwhelming at times, so if you need to talk to someone other than friends, teachers or family, there are a number of different organisations that can help:
- Kooth.com (ages 10-25) or Qwell.io (26+) are online spaces with non-judgemental, anonymous help from an online community, as well as direct messaging with qualified professionals
- The Pennine Care NHS 24/7 Phone Line is run by experienced mental health professionals who can listen and help you work through immediate problems, as well as give information about other services and ways to move forward. Call 0800 014 9995
- If it’s urgent, HOPELINEUK (up to age 35) can offer you (and your parents) confidential support. Call 0800 068 4141 or text 0786 003 9967 between 9am and midnight every day
- StudentSpace is also available to provide tips, tools and student stories to help you through results and the next steps: studentspace.org.uk
