Pie Radio back with masterclass for Stockport’s young music scene

Pie Radio back with masterclass for Stockport’s young music scene

Getting radio play isn't always easy, and no DJ wants their inbox spammed with YouTube links.

Following the success of Pie Radio presenters masterclass series last year, they are back with a new series focussing on musicians, singers, rappers, artist managers and DJs.

Getting radio play isn’t always easy, and no DJ wants their inbox spammed with YouTube links. @risingstarsnw @pieradiouk have put together a masterclass for artists and musicians to better understand how to get their songs played on the radio with @ThePush_Music @PieRadioUK

The workshop will be held online on Wednesday 3rd February from 6 pm – 8 pm. To register, complete the form below and we’ll send you the stream link.

The first topic is ‘Getting Radio Play‘, within this, we’ll be discussing ‘If Radio Is Still Important‘, the various types of radio stations, ‘Putting Together Your EPK’, ‘Capitalising On A Radio Play’, and ‘Content Strategies’ for artists during their release cycle.

The workshop will be delivered in partnership with ‘The Push Music‘ with panellist Joshua Ryan (Director of Push Music), Josh (TOOJ) Pollard (Music Manager / DJ Pie Radio), and Jasmine Takhar (BBC Asian Network Weekend Breakfast Presenter & Founder of Scene Not Heard), hosted by Tanaka Mutanga (Producer Pie Radio)

It’s a free workshop and we encourage anyone working with young musicians, artists, producers, DJ to share within their network
