Free social and creative activity for people to explore Junk Journaling and help contribute to our community art project.
Creative activity delivered in the Arc Centre, Stockport. Come and be a part of our community led legacy artwork.
About the event
Learn how to do Junk Journaling with all materials provided. Our Junk Journaling involves using upcycled materials to create a joyful mini collage of uplifting images and quotes. The artwork created in this class will be used as inspiration for our community artwork.
Classes are centred on finding enjoyment from creating artwork, whilst developing skills, building confidence and connecting with the community. Learn more about using a journal for wellbeing in this fun and inspiring activity.
Participants will have the chance to be part of our “Vision of Stockport” community led artwork, a project celebrating the history, regeneration and natural beauty of Stockport.
ACCESS GUIDE:
Further workshops will be taking place across Stockport, so be sure to sign up to our mailing list to be notified of future community activities.
Please note this is an adults only event.
All materials are included free of charge, but if you would like to make an optional contribution to our Pay-It-Forward scheme to help benefit people who can’t access the classes but could really benefit from our wellbeing workshops, it would be massively appreciated:
