Meditation class in Stockport

Wednesdays 7-8pm with Buddhist nun Kelsang Sama

Each class includes a simple breathing meditation, a practical teaching about Buddhist topics and meditation technique and a concluding meditation focussed on the teaching of the class. After the class everyone is welcome to talk to the teacher and ask questions.
