Elevate your fitness with the HYROX Physical Fitness Test at Life Leisure Houldsworth Village! Join us on Saturday 9th December from 9:30am – 11:00am for the ultimate challenge.
HYROX is a global fitness race for every BODY! The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into HYROX and measure where your HYROX fitness level is at. Life Leisure will be hosting the P’F”T alongside HYROX professionals who will guide you through the workout.
This event is free to book and open to everyone! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a fitness enthusiast, come and experience the thrill of HYROX.
Participants will be completing the following exercises for time (two options depending on exercise experience):
1000m/500m run
50/25 burpee broad jumps
100/50 stationary lunges
1000m/500m row
30/15 hand release press ups
100/50 wallballs
