We’re marking World Mental Health Awareness Day and bringing some creativity right to where you shop! You’ll be able to take a moment out of your busy day to try an art activity and get ideas from our volunteers on how you can be creative and support your mental health and wellbeing.
Have a go at loom weaving, or even listen to some amazing tracks written by men in Stockport, who came to Arc and used music making to feel better.
No need to book, just come and say hello from 11.00 to 14.30 on Tuesday October 10th in the indoor area of Merseyway Shopping Centre outside JD Sports.
