Positive Arts Stockport Annual Art Exhibition

Positive Arts Stockport held their annual art exhibition at Adswood Community Centre at Garners Lane on the 19th – 21st October.

The exhibition displayed a great selection of artworks, which included art from their new members who were showcasing their works.

Visitors were able to call in for a drink and meet the artists behind the artwork. There were fantastic raffle prizes and a wonderful tombola too.

Positive Arts Stockport was started in 2008 for people with health problems who had taken part in the ‘Arts on Prescription’ programme. The group kept going after closing during COVID-19 and is now open to anyone who has a love of arts and crafts and wants to join a friendly group to explore art more.
