Join us on Saturday 9th December from 9:30am – 11:00am for the ultimate challenge. \nHYROX is a global fitness race for every BODY! The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into HYROX and measure where your HYROX fitness level is at. Life Leisure will be hosting the P’F”T alongside HYROX professionals who will guide you through the workout. \nThis event is free to book and open to everyone! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a fitness enthusiast\, come and experience the thrill of HYROX. \nParticipants will be completing the following exercises for time (two options depending on exercise experience): \n1000m/500m run \n50/25 burpee broad jumps \n100/50 stationary lunges \n1000m/500m row \n30/15 hand release press ups \n100/50 wallballs \n  \nHow to register: \nTickets are available from Wednesday 22nd November.
