Regeneration Brainery is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company set up by property developers Capital&Centric to give young people a taste of the property market; Property & Regeneration is taking unloved buildings, spaces, or communities and transforming them into brilliant places to live, work, and enjoy.

Schools children aged 15 and 16 had the chance to find out more about property development and regeneration when they were invited to hear from Stockport Council’s Deputy Chief Executive, Caroline Simpson, and Paul Richards – Chief Executive of Stockport’s Mayoral Development Corporation and Director of Development and Regeneration at Stockport Council. Following a presentation to showcase how regeneration and new developments in Stockport is building a town fit for 21st century living while protecting the town’s rich heritage.
