Their unique model provides a central wraparound co-ordinator for the family as well as targeted mentor support for the young person and parents, promoting a multi-systemic approach. They understand what the world looks like from a young person’s perspective, implementing bespoke intervention support in line with their aspirations, whilst linking with other organisations that we are partnered with such as Manchester City in the community a, Apple and New Skills Academy.
