High Sheriff Greater Manchester Young Citizenship of the Year Award 2020

The award celebrates the kindness, thoughtfulness and bravery of the exceptional young people of Greater Manchester.

The Greater Manchester High Sheriff’s Police Trust is looking for young people who have made a difference in their community this year, for their Young Citizen Award 2020.

The award celebrates the kindness, thoughtfulness and bravery of the exceptional young people of Greater Manchester.

Dr E S O’Neal DL, Greater Manchester High Sheriff, is looking for 11-18yr olds who are doing exceptional things within their local community. This could be achievements or contributions as part of sustained commitment or innovative work that has delivered real impact in a short space of time.

“Our young people play a huge role in making local communities safer and better places to live and it is extremely important that we recognise and celebrate their achievements.”

If you know someone ages 11 and 18 who consistently acts selflessly within their local community and who has made a real difference and lives in Greater Manchester please nominate them for this award.
